NIKKISO LPG PUMP

As a pioneer in Japan of canned motor pumps with 40 years of abundant experiences and sales records, NIKKISO has developed NON-SEAL PUMPS especially designed for LP gas use with a high reliability and safety. With no leakage of LP gas, low noise and compact volume, safety and reliability will be largely increased.

Besides its thousands of installation records in Japan, NIKKISO LPG PUMP also enjoys its popularity in auto-gas filling stations and LPG charging stations all over the world.

According to different applications, three types of NIKKISO LPG PUMP are available.

Used for both unloading from tank lorry and discharging to dispensers.

  • Submerged Type

    Used for loading from under-ground tank. One set of pump is able to supply gas filling for sixteen cars at one time. This largely decreases the cost of purchasing equipments as well as decreases the square measure of job sites.

  • Submerged with Variable Speed Motor

    Combined with the technical experience used in NIKKISO CRYOGENIC PUMP, this type is a newly-designed submerged pump for LNG & LPG filling services. This type is also selected for to dual fuel diesel engine feeding and high vapor pressure feeding services.

     

    Features of Submerged with Variable Speed Motor:

    1. Non-seal/submerged/variable speed motor
    2. Conform to USNEC (NFPA-70) specification CLASS 1, DIV 1
    3. Low NPSHR characteristics
    4. No need for periodical maintenance
